Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and implementing customized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and functional goals.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and detailed patient records using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with standards and facilitating communication among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits
